Abdulaziz M Albabtain the Chief Executive Officer from his position effective on 31/03/2020, also the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee approved the appointment of Mr. Steen Hadsbjerg as the Chief Executive Officer of the company starting on 01/03/2020. Mr. Steen Hadsbjerg will join NADEC on 01/03/2020 and his appointment as Chief Executive Officer will be effective from 01/04/2020. Until that time, Eng. Abdulaziz Albabtain will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer providing direction and support to the business and ensuring a smooth transition process.
