Announces Resignation of a Board Member 6010 NADEC 0.06 % 1447/05/26     17/11/2025 09:26:52 Introduction The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) announces the resignation of a Board Member, Mr. Ahmed Saud Shahini – Board Vice Chairman (Non-Executive), which he submitted on 16 November 2025, with the resignation to take effect as of its date. The reason for the resignation is personal reasons based on his request, in this regard, the Board of Directors extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ahmed Shahini for his valuable contributions and distinguished efforts during his term on the Board, wishing him continued success and prosperity. It is worth noting that Mr. Ahmed Shahini is a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee and Executive Committee, both of which are sub-committees of the Board of Directors, and his membership of these committees will remain in effect.
