He submitted the request for non-renewal his contract on Monday, 28/11/2021 due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors approved the request in the meeting held on 25/02/2022. The request of non-renewal of the contract is valid on 28/02/2022. Dr. Solaiman holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University in the United States and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He has also received several awards and honors during his career.
