Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) announces it discharge of Engineer Khalid Omar Al Kaf from his positions as Managing Director and CEO 7020 ETIHAD ETISALAT 0.15 % 1436/05/06     25/02/2015 08:13:34 With reference to the Company announcement published on Tadawul on 03/11/2014G in respect of the Audit Committee assignment to identify responsibilities in relation to the declared errors and to take all necessary actions, and with reference to the Company announcement published on Tadawul on 23/11/2014G relating to the suspension of the Managing Director and CEO Engineer Khalid Omar Al Kaf as of 21/11/2014G until the Audit Committee completes the tasks assigned to it and submits its report to the Board of Directors, Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) announces that its Board of Directors convened on 24/02/2015G and resolved, after reviewing the report of the Audit Committee referred to above, to discharge Engineer Khalid Omar Al Kaf from his positions as Managing Director and CEO of the Company effective on 24/02/2015G while reserving the Company rights to revert against him.
