Faisal Alawi Haddawi, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with his last working day being 31 December 2026. The Board of Directors also decided to appoint Eng. He previously held senior leadership positions at Arabian Packaging (Al Ghurair Group), Obegi Chemicals Group and INDEVCO Group, where he led operational and financial transformation initiatives, business restructurings, M&A transactions and integrations, and the development of manufacturing operations across regional and international markets. Eng. Diab holds an MBA in Economics and Finance from Concordia University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut. He is a member of the Order of Engineers in Lebanon and serves on the Board of Directors of the Dubai Business Group for Paper and Tissue (Dubai Chambers).
