He has held several leadership and advisory positions, most notably as Director General of Integrity Promotion at the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority, a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Anti-Corruption Academy, and an advisor to the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage. He also contributed to developing the strategies of the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority and the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, established the Integrity Training Center, and delivered specialized workshops on governance, integrity, and transparency. In addition, he chaired a national committee in cooperation with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) aimed at promoting business integrity in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. He also implemented the digital advertising project at King Abdulaziz Medical City and authored the book "Total Quality Management: Its Origins, Development, and Methods." He holds a PhD in Public Policy and International Relations and chose the topic of his dissertation on income diversification as the core of economic reforms in the Kingdom: a three-part study that focused on tourism, privatization and foreign investments, in addition to obtaining a Master of Business Administration and a Master of International Policy and Trade.
