He is a member of the Board and Audit Committee of Etisalat Egypt, Maroc Telecom Group in Morocco, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL Group), Atlantique Telecom Holding and e& PPF Telecom Group in Eastern Europe, in addition to Etihad Etisalat Co. Previously, he worked as a Senior Advisor to the Board at Mobily in 2019 and served as the CEO of Mobily from 2017 to 2019. He was a Member of the Board at the National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) in Egypt from 2014 to 2016 and CEO of Orascom Telecom Holding (OTH) from 2011 to 2014.
