Announces the Resignation and Assignment of CEO 6060 SHARQIYAH DEV -0.24 % 1439/04/10     28/12/2017 09:05:31 Asharqiyah Development Co. announces that the CEO Mr. Samer Nahed Alsourani has submitted his resignation from his position on 27-12-2017 with effect from 31-12-2017 due to personal reasons to focus on his personal business. The board of directors has accepted Mr Alsourani's resignation during their meeting on 27-12-2017 and assigned the Managing Director Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Alrahmah to perform the CEO's duties until the assignment of a new CEO. Mr. Alrahmah holds a BS in Industrial Management from KFUPM since 2007 and has been with Asharqiyah since 2015 and held the CEO position where Asharqiyah recorded an operating profits on the same year. The board of directors and the Company's employees would like to thank Mr. Alsourani for his efforts during his service and wishing him success in his future endeavours and wishes Mr. Alrahmah all the best.
