Announces Resignation and Appointment of a CEO 4270 SPPC 0.85 % 1446/09/13     13/03/2025 08:22:02 Introduction The Saudi Printing and Packaging Company announces the issuance of a decision by its Board of Directors to accept the resignation of the company's CEO, Mr. Francis Ferguson, on March 12, 2025, corresponding to Ramadan 12, 1446 AH, with his last working day being April 14, 2025, corresponding to Shawwal 16, 1446 AH. He will be appointed as an advisor to the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, from April 15, 2025, corresponding to Shawwal 17, 1446 AH, until December 31, 2025, corresponding to Rajab 11, 1447 AH. The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, has also issued its decision to appoint Engineer Abdennour El Mosor as CEO of the Saudi Printing and Packaging Company, effective from April 15, 2025, corresponding to Shawwal 17, 1446 AH.
