Announcement from Saudi Printing and Packaging Company Regarding the Resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors 4270 SPPC 1.21 % 1447/03/11     03/09/2025 08:14:39 Introduction Saudi Printing & Packaging Company announces that its Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 02/09/2025G (corresponding to 10/03/1447H), approved the resignation of the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Adel bin Marzouk Al-Nasser, from his position as Chairman and as a member of the Board of Directors, and from his memberships in the committees emanating from the Board, effective as of 02/09/2025G (corresponding to 10/03/1447H). The Board also approved his appointment as an Advisor to the Board of Directors. Accordingly, the Vice Chairman, Dr. MohammadAmin bin Dawood Kashgary, will assume the duties of the Chairman of the Board until the appointment of a Chairman is announced. The Board of Directors extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Adel bin Marzouk Al-Nasser for his valuable efforts and distinguished contributions during his tenure as Chairman of the Board, and wishes him continued success.
