Red Sea International Company announces the Resignation and Appointment of CEO 4230 RED SEA -1.25 % 1439/05/20     06/02/2018 15:09:29 Red Sea International Co Announces the receipt of the Resignation Letter from the company CEO, Mr. Don Brown Sumner, on 31-01-2018, requesting to step down from his post due to his personal reasons. The Board of Red Sea International has approved the resignation on 06-02-2018, which will take effect on Tuesday, 06-02-2018. Mr. Sumner will remain as (Non-Executive) Member of the Board through the current cycle, which end by 24-04-2018. Also on 06-02-2018, and based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Compensation Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Abdulaziz Hasan Qabel as the new CEO of the company, effective from 06-02-2018. Mr. Abdulaziz gained extensive experience that surpasses 20 years in the area of Management and Marketing, Field Operations and He is also a certified consultant from the Saudi Council of Engineers. Members of the Board have extended their sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Don Brown Sumner for the noticeable achievements that he has accomplished through his career with the company that lasted for more than 30 years, in which he was involved in developing housing products, expanding the company activities and penetrating international markets through executing projects in more than 62 countries around the world.
