Announces Resignation and Appointment of a CEO and Managing Director 4230 RED SEA 0.37 % 1447/05/20     11/11/2025 16:03:02 Introduction Red Sea International Company ("the Company") announces the decision of the Board of Directors, issued by circulation on Nov 11, 2025 (corresponding to 20-05-1447 AH), regarding changes in the Board of Directors and Executive management, as follows: Termination of the assignment of Mr. Ghassan Saleem Al-Ashkar from the duties of acting Chief Executive Officer, effective from Nov 12, 2025 (corresponding to 21-05-1447 AH). Mr. Ghassan Saleem Al-Ashkar shall revert to his original duties as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. The Board of Directors and all Company employees extend their sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Ghassan Saleem Al-Ashkar for his valuable efforts and contributions during his tenure as acting CEO, wishing him continued success in his current responsibilities. Appointment of Mr. Hani Bin Othman Baothman as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of the Company. This appointment is effective from Nov 12, 2025 (corresponding to 21-05-1447 AH). His term of appointment as Managing Director shall continue until the end of the current Board term, which concludes on 09-05-2027.
