Emaar The Economic City Announces the Board of Directors’ Approval of the CEO’s Request Not to Renew His Contract. 4220 EMAAR EC 0.98 % 1445/08/17     27/02/2024 08:03:27 Introduction Emaar The Economic City announces the decision of the Board of Directors on 26 February 2024 AD corresponding to 16 Shaaban 1445 AH (based on the Remuneration and Nomination Committee’s recommendation) to approve the request of the CEO, Mr. Cyril Piaia regarding not renewing his contract that will end on 31 August 2024 AD provided that the notice period shall commence as of 27 February 2024 AD until 31 August 2024 AD. In addition, as the Managing Director, Mr. Mansour Al-Salem will continue undertaking the management of the Company. The Board of Directors extends their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Piaia for his efforts and achievements during his period of work in the Company.
