Announces the acceptance of the CEO request to terminate his employment contract with the company. 8120 GULF UNION ALAHLIA 0.08 % 1448/04/06     17/09/2026 09:11:02 Introduction Gulf Union Al Ahlia Cooperative Insurance Company announces that its Board of Directors, pursuant to a resolution dated 05/04/1448 H, corresponding to 16/09/2026 G, has accepted the request of the company CEO Mr. Mesheal Ibrahim Al Shayea, Terminating his employment contract with the company, at his request. The termination of the employment contract shall be effective as of 01/01/2027 G, with Mr. Mesheal’s last working day in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer being 31/12/2026 G.
