Morabaha Marina Financing Company Announces the Resignation of its Chief Executive Officer 4082 MRNA -0.63 % 1448/03/19     01/09/2026 08:22:25 Introduction Morabaha Marina Financing Company announces that its Board of Directors, by circulation, resolved on 31 August 2026 to approve the resignation of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Khalid bin Sulaiman Al-Jasser, at his request. The resignation shall take effect on 30 September 2026, which will be his last working day with the Company. The Board of Directors and all employees of the Company extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Khalid bin Sulaiman Al-Jasser for his efforts and contributions during his tenure with the Company, and wish him continued success in his future endeavors.
