The Company obtained the Saudi Central Bank’s non-objection to the appointment of Mr. Turki Mohammed Albaiz as Chief Executive Officer on 13/09/2026. He founded Ijarah Finance and contributed to the establishment of the Saudi Financial Lease Contracts Registry Company (Sijill). He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Ijarah Finance and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of both Ijarah Finance and the Saudi Financial Lease Contracts Registry Company (Sijill). Mr. Al-Baiz has contributed to the establishment and development of digital financial infrastructure aimed at enhancing transparency, market efficiency, and risk management. He has extensive experience in financial services, risk management, corporate governance, compliance, and digital transformation, particularly within regulated financial environments supervised by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Mr. Al-Baiz currently serves as Chairman and as a member of several boards of directors and committees. He also brings previous banking experience from Riyad Bank and Samba. Mr. Turki bin Mohammed Al-Baiz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Faisal University.
