Saudi Company for Hardware Announces Resignation and Appointment of a CEO 4008 SACO 0.37 % 1444/03/20     16/10/2022 08:26:32 Introduction SACO announces the Board of Director acceptance by circulation of the resignation of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Haytham Alhamidi on 13 October 2022 due to his personal reasons, provided that it will be effective on 01 January 2023 while Mr. Haytham continues to be a member of the Board of Directors of SACO and to amend his membership status to be a non-executive member as of 01 January 2023. Further, the Board of Directors of SACO resolved on 13 October 2022 to appoint Mr. Abdel-Salam Bdeir as CEO of SACO effective on 01 January 2023. Mr. Abdel-Salam Bdeir will join SACO on 01 November 2022 and his appointment as Chief Executive Officer will be effective from 01 January 2023 . Until that time, Mr. Haytham Alhamidi will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer to ensure a smooth transition process.
