The Company’s Board of Directors, on 16 Feb 2026, resolved as follows: 1. Accept the resignation of Mr. Mohammed Galal Ali Fahmy from his position as Managing Director and CEO, effective as of 28 Feb 2026, while he will continue to serve as a Non-Executive Board Member and Chairman of the strategy and Future Projects Committee. 2. Appoint Mr. Ali Ahmed Mansour as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective as of 01 March 2026.
