Announces Resignation of a CEO 3005 UACC -0.50 % 1445/02/01     17/08/2023 15:26:16 Introduction Umm Al-Qura Cement Company announces the decision of the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 29 Muharam 1445 AH corresponding to 16 August 2023 AD, to accept the resignation of Mr. Majid Tarik Gharbawi from his position as CEO of the company, submitted on 9 August 2023 AD, due to personal circumstances. The resignation shall take effect as of 19 October 2023 AD. The Board of Directors extends their sincere gratitude to Mr. Majid Gharbawi for his dedicated and exceptional efforts he made throughout his tenure with the company, wishing him the best in his future endeavors, both professionally and personally.
