Fahad bin Salem Al-Matrafi from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 31, 2025. Eng. Fahad will continue as an advisor to the Board of Directors until August 31, 2025. The Company further announces the appointment of Eng. Mamdouh bin Habis Al Amri as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1, 2025. Eng. Fahad has been with the Company for 17 years and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2019. He has brought 30 years of experience in the petrochemical sector, steering the Company in many different areas and achieving the strategic objectives of the Company, where he was pivotal in the successful development and execution of the Company’s petrochemical complex project (Advanced Polyolefins Industry Company).
