Further to the announcement of the Saudi Advanced Industries Company on the Tadawul website on 04/27/1444 AH corresponding to 11/21/2022 AD regarding the appointment of the Managing Director of the Board of Directors, Mr. Musa Abdullah Al-Ruwaili, as the acting CEO. The Saudi Advanced Industries Company (Advanced) announces its Board of Directors' decision to terminate the assignment of the Managing Director of the Board of Directors, Mr. Musa Abdullah Al-Ruwaili, from the duties of the Chief Executive Officer and to terminate his assignment as the Managing Director of the Board of Directors, and to appoint Dr. Abdullah Sulaiman Al-Juraish as the Managing Director of the company and the acting CEO.
