Saudi Advanced Industries Company announces the resignation of the company's acting CEO 2120 SAIC 0.73 % 1446/03/02     05/09/2024 16:01:27 Introduction Saudi Advanced Industries Company announces the acceptance by the Board of Directors on 02/03/1446 AH corresponding to 05/09/2024 AD of the resignation of Dr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Juraish from the position of the acting CEO of the company as of 02/03/1446 AH corresponding to 05/09/2024 AD, and the reason for his resignation was due to his personal circumstances, with him continuing as managing director to manage the company’s business until the end of the contract between the two parties. The Board of Directors extends its thanks and appreciation to Dr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Juraish for his efforts during his presidency of the company, wishing him continued success.
