Announces Resignation of a CEO 2090 NGC 0.14 % 1447/09/19     08/03/2026 08:03:30 Introduction The National Gypsum Company announces the Board of Directors’ decision, at its meeting held by circulation on 2026/3/7 corresponding to 18/9/1447H, to accept the resignation request of Mr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Ghadeer, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, based on his decision not to renew his contract. This decision shall come into effect starting Thursday, 21 Shawwal 1447H, corresponding to April 9, 2026. The Chairman and members of the Board of Directors expressed their thanks to Mr. Khalid Al-Ghadeer and wished him success in his future endeavors. The Company will announce any further developments at a later stage should a new Chief Executive Officer be appointed.
