Shaker Company announces the resignation of the Managing Director (CEO) and the assignment of Chief Executive Officer. 1214 SHAKER -0.63 % 1438/09/06 01/06/2017 08:43:34 Shaker Company announces that its Board of Directors accepted on 31/5/2017 the resignation of Mr. Jameel Al Molhem from the executive offices of MD and Chief Executive Officer due to personal reasons, while keeping his membership on the board. Mr. Al Molhem's resignation will take effect as of 25/7/2017.Further, the Board also decided on 31/5/2017 to assign the Country Manager Mr. Hakam Abu Risheh to the position of the Company's CEO (acting), effective 26/7/2017, until further notice. Mr. Abu Risheh holds a Bsc graduate with honors degree in electronics engineering from Salford University in Manchester. Since joining Shaker in 2011, Mr. Abu Risheh has held several leadership positions, and his career spans more than 30 years, where he held senior management positions in highly reputed companies in KSA and the MiddleEast.The Chairman and the members of the board of Shaker Company, extend sincere appreciation to Mr. Al Molhem for his efforts and contribution during his tenure and wish him continued success in the future, and wish Mr. Abu Risheh success in his new assignment.
