Mr. / Waltherus Cornelis Matthijs (independent member) ( will be continuous to be a Member in Remuneration & Compensation committee as a member form outside the Board) whereas, their resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors (by correspondence) on 07 / 12 /1441H corresponding to 28 / 07 / 2020G. additionally Their resignation is effective from the date of Board Approval.
