Layous has submitted his resignation from his position on 18-06-2013 with effect from 01-07-2013 the due to decision to retire from his responsibility as CEO.. Moreover, the Board of Directors accepted the appointment of Mr. Saleh Mana Ali Al-Yami as CEO starting from 01-07-2013. Mr. Saleh Al-Yami has experience in leadership and strategy in the management of companies as well as a great knowledge in the Saudi market and the Gulf. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arizona, USA, and worked in several reputed companies including Saudi Aramco in managerial positions and as executive.
