Al-Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance (Al-Rajhi Takaful) announces the resignation and assignment of the CEO 8230 ALRAJHI TAKAFUL 2.08 % 1442/05/20     04/01/2021 08:03:17 Introduction Al-Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance (Al-Rajhi Takaful) declares that its Board of Directors has accepted resignation of the CEO of the company Mr. Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Sedeas on 03-01-2021, who submitted it on 23-12-2020 due to his personal circumstances, provided that it will be effective on 31-12-2020. The Board of Directors also decided to assign Mr. Mahmoud Salem Dahduli, Chief Strategy Officer after receiving Saudi Central Bank non- objection, to carry out the duties of the CEO of the company from 03-01-2020, until the procedures for appointing a new CEO are completed.
