Announces Resignation of a CEO 8200 SAUDI RE 1.12 % 1445/06/08     21/12/2023 15:33:36 Introduction Saudi Reinsurance Company ”Saudi Re” announces that on 07/06/1445 H corresponding to 20/12/2023 G, its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Fahad Abdulrahman Al-Hesni (Executive Member) from his position as CEO, while maintaining his position as Managing Director, and the resignation comes due to his personal circumstances. The resignation will be effective from 12 June 2024G corresponding to 06 Dhi AlHijja 1445 H. On behalf of the Company and its employees, the Board of Directors would like to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Fahad Al Hesni for his efforts and dedication during his tenure as CEO of the Company.
