The Board of Directors has also decided to appoint Mr. Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al-Mushari as the company's CEO, effective from 23 November 2025, following the issuance of no-objection from the Insurance Authority regarding this appointment. He has also participated in several international committees and forums specializing in risk management and insurance, most notably the Risk Management Working Group at the Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) and the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS).
