(SAICO) announces the approval of its Board of Directors on 02/03/2023, of Mr. Hassan Abdullah Al-Somali`s request for retirement from his position as Chief Executive Officer, effective of 05/03/2023, And the appointment of Mr. Abdulrahman Saleh Al-Obrah as Chief Executive Officer starting from 05/03/2023.
