Moreover, the Company announces the Board of Directors' resolution dated 01/07/2013 (resolution by circulation) on the appointment of Mr. Mishaal bin Ibrahim bin Saleh Al-Shaya as CEO of the company starting from 18/08/2013 after receiving the approval of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency on 01/07/2013 via fax. The Board of Directors extend their thanks and appreciation to Mr. Shahzad Hafeez for his valuable and effective contribution in the management of the company during his tenure.
