Announces the Resignation of its MD&CEO 4081 NAYIFAT 0.10 % 1443/10/21     22/05/2022 15:51:40 Introduction Nayifat Finance Co. announces that on 21/10/1443H corresponding to 22/05/2022G, its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Abdulmohsen Abdulrahman Musaed Al-Sowailem (Executive Member) from his position as MD&CEO of the Company, as well as from his membership in the Board of Directors and committees, and the resignation comes due to his personal circumstances. On behalf of the company and its employees, the Board of Directors would like to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Abdulmohsen Al-Sowailem for his exceptional efforts, dedication, and remarkable performance in carrying out his responsibilities during his work over the past eight years, which was crowned with success and contributed to the development of the company’s business and financial growth, and wishes for him all of the best and success.
