Announces Resignation and Appointment of a CEO 4031 SGS 0.54 % 1446/01/18     24/07/2024 15:31:49 Introduction The Saudi Ground Services Company announces that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Raed bin Hassan Al-Idrissi dated 24 July 2024 corresponded to 18-01-1446 based on his personal and work conditions, based on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee. The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, has also issued its decision to appoint Mr. Mohammed bin AbdulKarim Mazi as the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Ground Services Company, effective from 01-09-2024.
