("SISCO Holding") Announces Resignation of a CEO 2190 SISCO HOLDING 3.52 % 1447/01/11     06/07/2025 08:13:01 Introduction Sustained infrastructure Holding ("SISCO Holding") announces that its Board of Directors, by circulation on 09/01/1447H, corresponding to 04/07/2025, has approved the resignation of Eng. Khaled Abdulghani Suleimani from his position as Chief Executive Officer, effective 30 June 2025, due to personal reasons and based on mutual agreement between both parties. Eng. Khaled Suleimani served as CEO during a period marked by the implementation of several critical development initiatives and institutional transformations. During his tenure, he contributed to advancing the Company’s strategic direction, strengthening its organizational structure, and enhancing governance practices. The Board of Directors has also resolved to appoint Eng. Khaled Suleimani as an Advisor to the Company effective from 1 July 2025. He will continue to serve on the boards of the Company’s subsidiaries, allowing the Company to benefit from his accumulated expertise and deep industry knowledge.
