Majid bin Abdullah Al-Issa from his position as CEO of the Company, effective from September 17, 2023 due to his personal circumstances. He will continue as a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Executive Committee. The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Eng. Azzam bin Saud Al-Mudaihim as CEO of the company effective from September 17, 2023.
