The resignation will take effect from the date of 1 July 2016 with continued membership of this board (non - executive).The resignation is for personal and business reasons. The Chairman and Members of the Board of Directors would like to express their thanks and appreciation to Mr. Abdul Aziz bin Nasser Alsorayai for his efforts. The Board of Directors also decided in their meeting held on 19 April 2016 to assign the operations manager Mr. Andre N. Verdier to the position of Chief Executive officer ( acting ) effective 20 April 2016. Mr. Andre N. Verdier holds a Master degree in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management form (IPO) University of Antwerp (UFSIA) Belgium. He is a result driven experienced executive. His career spans more than 30 years where he held senior management positions in highly reputed international companies in Europe, US and the Middle East. His interests focus on overall quality and efficiency of the business, driving organizational performance by strategic planning and focus on a customer centric environment.
