Verdier Chief Executive submit his resignation from the (CEO) on 26 July 2016. His resignation was accepted by the members of the Board during its meeting held on 26 July 2016. The resignation will take effect from the date of 27 July 2016. The resignation is for personal and business reasons. The Chairman and Members of the Board of Directors would like to express their thanks and appreciation to Mr. Andre N. Verdier for his efforts. The Board of Directors also decided in their meeting held on 26 July 2016 to assign the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Mr. Vassilis Agapitos the position of Chief Executive (CEO), effective 27 July 2016. Mr. Vassilis Agapitos holds a Master degree in Business Administration, Finance Concentration, Warwick Business School, Coventry, United Kingdom (1991).
