Where the reason for this resignation to desire of the Full discharge of other duties and responsibilities.The Board of Directors expressed their thanks and appreciation to HE Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Ghamdi for his excellent efforts during the tenure of the CEO of the Bank.Also The Board of Directors of National Commercial Bank in the same meeting decided to assigned HE Mr. Faisal Omar Alsakkaf as acting Chief Executive Officer of the bank starting from 01/09/1439H (as per Um Al Qura calendar) corresponding to 16/05/2018.HE Mr. Al Sakkaf holds a Degree of Master of Business Administration and Degree of Bachelor of Economics from the Harvard University - USA.HE Mr. Al Sakkaf has over 30 years of senior management experience in bank and financial institutions. Most recently, he has been Head of Strategy and Business Development Group at The National Commercial Bank, until date appoints him as acting Chief Executive Officer.
