Banque Saudi Fransi Announces the Resignation of its MD&CEO 1050 BSF -0.50 % 1443/08/06     09/03/2022 15:27:31 Introduction Banque Saudi Fransi announces that on 6/8/1443H corresponding to 9/3/2022G, its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Rayan Mohammed Fayez from his position as MD&CEO of the bank, while continuing as a member of the board. The resignation is due to his appointment in a new position at a semi-governmental body, and will be effective from 1/11/1443H corresponding to 31/5/2022G. On behalf of the bank and its employees, the Board of Directors would like to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Rayan Fayez for his exceptional efforts, dedication, and remarkable performance in carrying out his responsibilities as MD&CEO of the bank over the past four years, which was crowned with success and contributed to the development of the bank’s business and financial growth, and wishes for him all of luck and success in his new position.
