Etihad Etisalat Co announces the Resignation of Board Member 7020 ETIHAD ETISALAT -0.07 % 1435/09/27     24/07/2014 09:34:48 Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) announces that Mr. Saleh Bin Nasser Al-Jasser, an independent/non-executive Board member, has submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors on 21 July, 2014 due to personal and busyness reasons. The Board has accepted his resignation on 23 July, 2014. The resignation will be effective on 31 July, 2014. The company will announce the appointment of a new Board member at a later stage. The appointment shall be presented to the shareholders of the company in the next General Assembly Meeting for adoption and approval. Engineer Abdulaziz Al Saghyir, Chairman of the Board of Directors, expressed his appreciation of Mr. Saleh Bin Nasser Al-Jasser effective contribution and participation during the period he was in office, and wished him success.
