Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) announces the Chairman of Board of Directors resignation from his position and appointment of a new Chairman instead 7020 ETIHAD ETISALAT 0.15 % 1436/05/05     24/02/2015 09:10:44 Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) announces that Chairman of Board of Directors Mr. Abdulaziz Saleh Al Saghyir (Independent Member) has resigned from his position as Chairman due to health reasons, he has submitted a request to resign end of the day on Sunday 22/02/2015 and validity resign effective on Monday 23/02/2015, while his membership in the Board will continue. The Board has resolved to accept his resignation and appoint His Excellency Mr. Suliman bin Abdulrahman Al-Gwaiz, Governor of the General Organization for Social Insurance (Non-Executive Member) as Chairman of Board of Directors instead, for the remaining period of the current cycle effective Monday 23/02/2015. Mr. Suliman bin Abdulrahman Al-Gwaiz has very large banking experience and currently holds the position of the Governor in the General Organization for Social Insurance, in addition to his role as a Chairman of the Board at Banque Saudi Fransi . Mobily Board of Directors has expressed appreciation to His Excellency Engineer Abdulaziz Saleh Al Saghyir for his distinguished role and extensive valuable efforts as Chairman, wishing him everlasting health. Also, the Board wished His Excellency Mr. Suliman bin Abdulrahman Al-Gwaiz all the success in his new position.
