ETIHAD ETISALAT CO (MOBILY) ANNOUNCES THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR DECISION TO APPOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY 7020 ETIHAD ETISALAT 0.15 % 1436/07/04 23/04/2015 08:51:49 Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) announces the Board of Directors decision on 22/04/2015 to appoint (non-executive member) Engineer/ Khalifa Hassan Al Shamsi Managing Director of Etihad Etisalat Co (Mobily) effective 22/04/2015. Noting that Engineer / Khalifa Al Shamsi has a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, USA. Since joining Etisalat in 1993 held various key senior positions including Senior Vice President of Technology Strategy, Chief Marketing officer & Chief Business officer of Etisalat UAE. Prior to this role Engineer/ Khalifa Al Shamsi was appointed as Chief Digital Services Officer of the Etisalat Group in 2012.
