Etihad Etisalat Co announces the Resignation of Board Member 7020 ETIHAD ETISALAT 0.15 % 1436/08/03     21/05/2015 07:59:17 Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) announces that Engineer Abdulaziz Saleh Al Saghyir (Independent board member) has resigned from his position on the board due to health reasons. The request to resign was submitted on Wednesday 20/05/2015 and effective on the same date. The Board has resolved to accept his resignation. The company will announce the appointment of a new Board member at a later stage. The appointment shall be presented to the shareholders of the company in the next General Assembly Meeting for adoption and approval. Mobily Board of Directors has expressed appreciation to Engineer Abdulaziz Saleh Al Saghyir for his distinguished role and extensive valuable efforts as Chairman and as board member, wishing him everlasting health.
