Etihad Etisalat Co announces the Appointment of Board Member 7020 ETIHAD ETISALAT 0.22 % 1436/08/28     15/06/2015 08:59:18 Following its announcement published on the Tadawul website on 21/05/2015of the resignation of its Board member, Engineer Abdulaziz Saleh Al Saghyir, Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily) announces that its Board of Directors decision to scroll on 14/6/2015 a resolution of the appointment of Dr. Khaled Abdulazizi Al-Ghoneim as Independent Board member to replace, Engineer Abdulaziz Saleh Al Saghyir. This appointment, which shall continue for the remaining period of the current term of the Board of Directors, will be presented to the next general assembly meeting for approval. Dr. Al-Ghoneim one of the qualified Saudi leaders, where he served as CEO of Elm Information Security and Chief Executive Officer of the Group of Saudi Telecom. He graduated with Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University, Riyadh, with first class honors. He then completed his Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA.
