Moreover the Board of Directors on 19-12-2017 accepted the resignation of Mr. Alzaraah and the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Alhujailan as Board Member (Independent) effective 19-12-2017 which will be presented to the next general assembly for approval. It is worth mentioning that Mr. Alhujailan holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and Economics from Holy Names University in California since 1983 and has prior experience in managing public companies. The Board of Directors wishes nothing but the best to both Mr. Alzarah and Mr. Alhujailan.
