Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. announces the Resignation and Appointment of Board Member 6060 SHARQIYAH DEV 0.16 % 1439/06/16     04/03/2018 16:17:55 Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. announces that the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Adel Ahmed Alghamdi (independent) has submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors with an immediate effect on 4-03-2018 from his position as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Executive Committee for personal reasons. The Board of Directors in their meeting held today approved the resignation of Mr. Alghamdi. Moreover the Board of Directors on 04-03-2018 accepted the appointment of Mr. Abdullah Oudah AlEnizi as Board Member (Independent) with effect on 4-03-2018. This appointment will be presented to the coming general assembly meeting for approval Eng. Abdullah Al-Enezi holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and an Executive MBA from the same university with Honors. Eng. Abdullah holds an wide experience in project management, executive management, membership and chairmanship of various companies locally and globally for over twenty-five years. The Board of Directors expressed its sincere thanks and gratitude to Mr. Adel Alghamdi for his effective contribution during the term of his membership in the Board of Directors and its committees.
