The Board of Directors in their meeting held today approved the resignation of Mr. Alrahmah. Moreover the Board of Directors on 19-03-2018 accepted the appointment of Dr. Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Al-Shamekh as Board Member (Independent) with effect on 19-03-2018. This appointment will be presented to the coming general assembly meeting for approval Dr. Al-Shamekh holds a PhD & Masters degree in Health Services Administration from University of Pittsburgh, USA. Dr. Al-Shamekh holds a wide experience in executive and health administration that extends for 35 years. The Board of Directors expressed its sincere thanks and gratitude to Mr. Ziyad Al-Rahmah for his effective contribution during the term of his membership in the Board of Directors.
