Saudi Airlines Catering Company announces the Resignation of the Chairman of the Board and Appointment of Board Member 6004 CATRION -0.14 % 1435/10/21 17/08/2014 09:27:58 The Board of Saudi Airlines Catering Company announces their approval to the resignation submitted by Chairman of its Board of directors Engineer, Khalid Almolhem (Non-Executive) from his post as a Board member in the company dated 14-08-2014, the Board has approved the resignation and it is effective on 14-08-2014. The Board has also nominated Engineer, Saleh Aljasser (Non-Executive) as an alternative member effectively on 14-08-2014 for the remaining Board cycle which ends on 26-01-2016. This appointment will be presented to the coming general assembly meeting for approval.
