Mr Abdulrahman has resigned from his role on August 25th, 2015 and the Board has accepted the resignation on August 27th, 2015; the resignation will be effective from September 30th, 2015. Mr Abdulrahman is resigning to pursue other opportunities working in consulting, starting from October 1st, 2015. Such opportunities could result in a conflict of interest with his role in the Company, hence he is resigning his position on the Board.
