Red Sea Housing Services Company announces the Resignation and Appointment of Board Member 4230 RED SEA -1.43 % 1435/03/20     21/01/2014 09:36:07 The Board of Directors of Red Sea Housing Services Company has convened its meeting on Monday 20-01-2014, in which it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Waheed Ahmed Shaikh (Non-Executive) from Board membership effective immediately, due to his personal reasons. The resignation is effective immutably. The Board also appointed Mr. Amin Mohammed Shakir as a Non-Executive Member of the Board effective from the date of the Board Meeting. The appointment shall be presented to the earliest convened AGM for approval. Mr. Amin Shakir has earned his Bachelor Degree in Economics from King Saud University in Riyadh and his MBA from the University of Southwestern Oklahoma. He also held several senior positions in different organizations. Mr. Shakir is currently a Board Member in Savola and Kinan International for Real Estate Development, and has a versatile experience in business management. The Chairman and Members of the Boarded expressed their gratitude to Mr. Waheed Shaikh for his effective contribution to the Board over the past years, and wished him continued success.
